Incontinence

The Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) is an Australian
Government scheme that assists eligible people who have permanent
and severe incontinence to meet some of the costs of continence
products and continence-related products.
The Department of Health has overall program and policy responsibility
for the CAPS, while Services Australia, through the Medicare Program,
is responsible for the administration of the CAPS.
